
I will start off by saying I HATE SPRINT! But....I don't hate them as much as I would have had I had to pay them $174
I started off with Sprint quite a few years ago. I then added my dad to my plan. Then I jumped onto Brian's plan and my name was still under my dad's phone and the unused line. Long story short, I had cancelled a line with sprint last may (the day my contract was up) and I just received a bill a month ago saying I owed $165.71. I called them irate and couldn't get it straighted out. I threw it to the side and decided I'll try and deal with it again later. Well, that was last month and so I just recieved another bill for $174 which I have been staring at for days, dreading the fact that I was going to call them because I was not going to pay them as they have screwed us before (Brian and I had cancelled a long distance plan and then continued to send us bills). So tonight I called again.....and they cancelled the bill for me. THANK GOD!! They were completely trying to screw me over...they knew they were. Why would I get a bill a year later for a cancellation fee. If you have sprint, please switch to AT&T or something else. So far, AT&T has been amazing...I am so happy with my cell phone carrier now..
